This specific server that contained the guide has been depreciated. The method no longer works anyways, due to Google discontinuing Chrome Apps. Apps are no longer able to be uploaded to the Web Store, and haven't been for years. Unfortunately if you want to make your own browser, you will need to find a new method using Chrome Extensions. As I am now in college, I have no further use for these browsers and have mostly retired from this scene, but am still up to chat in my Discord server if you have any questions.
